Getting attacked like this by Becker and Kierkegaard is exactly what I needed.

One cannot justifiably insist that one proposition can be inferred from another. You might know this intuitively, but to infer it absolutely shows an air of superiority and arrogance. Because you will not be able to produce the chain of reasoning which supports your reasoning. The connexion between the propositions is not intuitive.
