Great book so far. Refreshing switch up from a ton of theology & Bible based books. There are so many great practical leadership lessons in this book; sometimes when you read a book like this it can be a bunch of organizational jargon, but this makes so much sense. So much of leadership is living in the middle and doing what is best for your team and the mission. Trying to put these lessons into practice immediately.
