So far not bad. Paul's subplot is a bit tedious but true to some of the issues soldiers would have had after injuries in WWI

I never did like Delilah; poor Samson could easily do much better.
Even Tolpuddle seems to not like her very much anymore.

A good start and an interesting premise. The cast of characters look pretty good.

Olive is a bit of an idiot for a PhD candidate. Sounds like she's going to mess everything up before it all comes together at the end...

Very similar vibes to Kelly's Mountain Lodge series with the first person MC but third person talking about their cat's feels.

Usual fare so far, a decent read with Hattie and her moonshine getting into all sorts of bother.

Seemingly rereleased under the name Maddie Day, so far so good. Interesting, especially with the "go local" theme currently sweeping Canada, that I'm reading this right now. Some of the themes (farm shares etc.) are rather topical right now.

This has been a fun read so far. The MC, Hattie, seems a good character and has her two besties to help her and her grandad to unwittingly hinder her.

This has been a good book so far. Certainly some back story with Gemma's mother (sounds like she was killed in a hostage situation) and lots of side characters (her brothers) who could be involved in other stories potentially.
No love interest yet but there is her rival/ex in the mix somewhere.
