Have we already been told the Hazrax’s origin story?? I’ve been reading sporadically for so long that I can’t remember.
If not, I think the Hazrax came from Diaxis and we’ll find out his name in the next book. I think Saeris will be able to send him back home and I think that’s what the Hazrax’s end game has been this whole time.

This was really good. Even reading vs audio was good. Kinda wish I knew what the voices would’ve sounded like since there’s such an age gap but this was great.

Would read again if I got bored.
Would recommend to others who like billionaire tropes, age gap tropes, and kink tropes.

Okay, besides the pregnancy trope, this was good.
Each book is still really good. Props to Sara Cate on not letting the quality of her books fall off with each new one in the series.

I was so close to being done with this book on the 24th. Literally 4 minutes left of the whole audiobook which means it was really only like two minutes left of the epilogue. But I couldn’t listen to it on the family trip so I’m waiting to listen when I get home. But bc of how much was finished before Christmas I think I’m marking it as finished on 12/24.

Okay so theory: Carrion has access to magic and he doesn’t know it. His magic is bringing life back to the land. So once the war is won, he’ll become king and restore the lands.

I liked it just as much as the first book. Which is honestly pretty high praise for me considering most books like this that I’ve read/listened to haven’t measured up to book 1 and each book gets worse.
