I don’t think I’ve ever laughed this hard reading a histrom. This book is brilliant! And I LOVE St. Vincent!

I like how she genuinely dislikes him but is obviously attracted to him and trying to fight that attraction. Whilst he likes her and wants to make her like him too.

Incredibly good

Sooo witty! I’m loving the prose!

I’m so enthralled I’m almost visibly trembling from excitement! This is shaping up even better than Book 1! And I’m instantly connected with Sara - I recognise so much of myself in her. She is absolutely lovely.

Absolutely incredible. So much hatred and passion and chemistry and fighting!

The best enemies-to-lovers book I’ve read in a while!!!

A really sad story. But the writing is incredible. Such rich language!

Just started and already had to fight back tears once. Nice!

I love seeing all the Mackenzie children! And just having the entire family together.

Daniel put Violet on a pedestal that’s way too high for her. I really don’t see what she sees in her and think he could do so much better. I’m struggling to get through the book because of how much I don’t like Violet and her story!

Daniel is my favourite male character in a long while. Probably because he’s been there since book one, and in a way I watched him grow. What a complex man, a thoroughly well-developed character!

Mixed feelings about this book. I LOVE Danny, and his relationship with Violet makes perfect sense, but there are some things in the book that feel off to me... Currently this feels like 3.5 stars.
