Hi, everyone! I haven't been a fan of Twitter for a while, but recently it's been nothing but political ads, and I can't stand it, so I decided to part ways with the platform. You can still find me on FB and Bluesky.

I have ADHD so I have the horrible habit of starting books (good books!) and not finishing them. I feel terrible about all of my books languishing partially read. I'm going to try to meticulously work my way through them for the rest of the year. I hate that I do this. LOL

Anyone out there, I might be looking for something that doesn't exist, but I would like to purchase an English translation of Not Me by Saisioo. I don't know if this actually exists, but I'm having a terrible time finding it. I love the BL drama adaptation of Not Me and now I want to read the book. Thanks to anyone who can point me in the right direction!

So far this is fun. It's about what I expected, since the brothers were featured as porn stars in a different book, but it's still wholesome, too. I like it.

I guess I should stop procrastinating on editing my book by reading amazing stories by other authors, but it's sooooo much more fun to read than wrangle the typos in my books. I'm going to to just get things done, though, so I can indulge in more reading without the guilt!

I'm looking for some good Yakuza books to read, both nonfiction and fiction. If it's romance, I prefer gay romance. I love BL manga and regular manga.

Right now I have a TON of books started, but I'm writing so much they're all going sort of slowly, except for the books I'm reading as research for the books I'm writing. LOL Oh, well. I'm patiently picking my way through Midnight Sun. I keep seeing epithets, and I'm wondering WHY so many were used throughout. Was the distancing purposeful? "The girl". He knows damned well what her name is. Her name is BELLA, EDWARD.

My favorite thing in the world to do is read Meg Bawden's books as she writes them. *le sigh*

I haven't listed it here because I have such horribly sad feelings about them, but last night we finished Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. I have been reading aloud this series to my kids since they were babies, with breaks for The Black Cauldron and The Land of Stories, but they always ask met to come back to Harry. This is the last time. I'm so broken up over it. I hate that JK has ruined this series.

So many books, so little time. I spend a lot of my time writing, so read less than I should, but I enjoy every second I am able to read. I hope everyone is staying safe during these strange times.

It's time to start reading it again for the year. As someone who is NB, I'm deeply disappointed with many things JK has said over the years, but I love these characters.

The first time I read Harry Potter was in college, when I was lost and adrift. I caught up and went to all of the release nights for the books until the bitter end. I'll always go back to Hogwarts, every September.

I caught up with this comic as far as it is unlocked on the platform I've been using. *sigh* I love this adorable, contemporary storyline. I love that Haebom has his little insecurities and that we are slowly getting to see Taesung come out of his shell. It's too cute, and I would read it forever, honestly.

I am so behind on this it isn't funny. I'm thinking about catching up this weekend. I read it on Tappy Toons, but would like to read it directly from the author if it ever becomes available in that manner, somehow.

I'm behind on this, but hoping it gets good. I really liked the first season a lot.

I'm going to be rereading this book because I am nearly done with Sonny Barger's book about the Hell's Angels, and he tells some very unflattering stories about Hunter S. Thompson. It made me want to see if I could see any more truth from Hunter's angle.

I'm only up to Season 3 and dying as I wait for the American versions to be released on Tappytoon where I have been reading this. I have to say I really love the creator, Bamwoo's, artistic style. I'm also in LOVE with Haebom and Taesung. The comic is the epitome of the slow burn throughout the first two seasons and the characters are genuinely loving and show real growth. I imagine I will follow this work forever.

Not many women would be offered a bra in an apocalypse scenario and decline. That is probably the most bizarre thing in the entire book so far.

This is taking me a long time to read, not because it's a bad book, but because it's difficult to read on an emotional level.

I am enjoying the world building and the relationship between the MC's.

The stories make less sense than I think they should. I am thinking something was either lost in translation or lost through writing down an orally lineaged story.

Okay, Ivy is loving this book. I want to bash my head against the nearest hard surface when I read it to her, but I suppose I'm not the target audience.
