Not as good as the buzz had me anticipating. The points of view seemed to lack distinction at times. Particularly some of the turns of phrase used made it impossible to believe it would come from older characters. Enjoyable overall, but I would have enjoyed it more had I gone in expecting more of a beach read rather than something extraordinary.

Somehow I have missed this one so far, and I couldn't remember... but the difference between this and the Marple espisode are large enought for me to be certain. I find the original more credulous.

This might be the only Discworld book I need to take a break from. Dios is the most annoying character I have read this year.
