Okay so far - it’s so flat. Like stepping into a new world but discovering it’s only 2D. Maybe I’m not in the mood to read this? Everything and everyone just feels so meh…. Even the light love interest drama stuff is handled in a pretty meh manner too. I’ll finish it- hopefully it gets better

I try not to really read book descriptions honestly because it’s rather nice to be surprised by the content. Anyways this is delightful so far! It’s such a throwback to my HCA days ❤️❤️ Elders are such underrated members of our society honestly. I’m doing my weird ebook/audiobook for efficiency and despite knowing Justine Lupe narrates this audiobook, I can’t help but feel a teensy bit heart broken. I fell for Miss Gibney courtesy of Will Paten 😅 I think he does a wonderful job of capturing Holly’s little quirks and tics ☺️ ah well
