My favourite comfort book. It shows how you don't magically get better. That you have to push yourself out of your comfort zone, setbacks are part of the process and acknowledging that your mental illness doesn't only affect you. It's a book that resonates deeply with me and that's why I keep returning to it, to remind myself it does get better, slowly but surely. Baby steps are still progress, no matter how small
