Harris is not very good at blocking his scenes. Starling will suddenly be in a different spot in the space without any reference to movement, etc.

Plot wise i’m intrigued. Poor starling is a little annoying in the way women written by men often are.

King’s prose is so good, she’s a magnificent storyteller. Definitely feeling nostalgic for an era that I’m currently in, which is so silly as well as nerve-wracking.
