DNF at 17%

Ahhh I’m bored. I usually DNF books after the first chapter if it’s not catching me. But my love for Danmei has me in such a chokehold that I’ll read much past my usual limits to try and take interest in the story. I see how the premise would captivate someone but it’s just kinda boring here.

Maybe later I’ll try this again later, but for now it’s a soft dnf from me

Oof, the reviews/ratings are not looking good for this one. I have no problem with it so far, granted I’m only 40 pages in.

Oh my god this is so good. I’m flying through this book so quickly. I’m well over I desperately want to read more but I have to go to bed for work ),: also, Zhou Ziheng GET YO MANS HELL YA! PROTECTIVE ZHOU ZIHENG IS SO ATTRACTIVE YES

Ahhhh I wanna read more but I have to go to sleep for work 😭😭😭 this is so good! Omg, Zhou Ziheng is finally accepting he has feeling for Xia Xiqing and for that, I’m content and am going to bed now lol.

The tension? The chemistry? Wowza, give me more of this plz. I love Xia Xiqing, his attitude and sassiness is very fun.

I read almost the whole book in a single day haha. Only have about 109 pages left. Needless to say, I’m enjoying this a lot.

Literally read over half the book when I started it earlier today haha. I’m only tapping out cause I’m tired and I have to go to bed for work.

This is sooo amazing. I can’t believe the twists. The twists keep on twisting! And I’m also very emotional for Mo Ran rn.. *cries*

Trying to think about what Danmei to read next. I can't decide! I may have to use a number generator again to decide for me hahah.

Not even finished with book one and I bought the rest of the ebooks available in this series lol

I’m really enjoying this

Wow this is so good so far. I think the characters are great and I like their chemistry. I really like You Miao, I can already see his character development early on and I like its progressing so far.

I’m also a fan of age gaps so this is right up my alley haha.

Uh oh! I’m a bit bored with this one so far. I hope it gets better, but I’m reconsidering keeping the volume 2 I preordered

I read the Manhua a few months back and thought it was interesting. I’m usually a novel girly myself so I wanted to give the novel a shot too. I’ve heard a lot of mixed reviews on this one. I hope it’s good!

I’m flying through this book but I can’t help it. It’s so good. Volume 1 was my first 5 star read this year and this volume is no exception. I can’t get enough of Jiang Cheng and Gu Fei 😭

I’m devouring this book. If I didn’t have to get up early for work I’d still be reading rn.

First thought is “WHAT?!” Second thought is also “WHAAAT?!” I was not expecting that at all. This is so good! The twists and turns.

The secrets we still don’t know…I knowww those secrets are gonna be juicy.

Xie Lanshan… this poor guy has no idea what’s going on. He doesn’t know what’s about to hit him.

Really enjoying this so far. The plot twists keep on twisting and I feel like my head may fall off from the whiplash lol. I think I like this more than the first volume.

ALSO! I was not expecting Xie Lanshan to be the Shou! I love that for him, but I always thought he’d be the gong. I stand corrected!! 🙂‍↕️

The pace is picking up in this volume. It’s kinda insane lol

I’m so excited to read this! I’ve heard such good things about it.

It’s sitting at a solid 3 stars for now. We’ve got time travel added into the mix which is pretty cool! About 100 pages or so now. So much can happen in such a short time.

I’m enjoying it!! There is zero romance so far (besides a few embraces) which I’m okay with because I wasn’t expecting much romance in this one.

It’s mostly war between androids and clones which is fun. I do like the characters and it’s a very interesting read. But if you’re looking for a lot of romance I’d skip this one lol
