Yall I love this book.

This book is good. I don’t know Spanish but I’m reading it for a Mexican history class and let me tell you, LET ME TELL YOU. She speaks straight facts not just for Mexicans but all POC especially for those who look it and don’t speak their native language. I’m just mad that she doesn’t mention that SPANISH IS A NATIVE LANGUAGE HERE IN AMERICA. I just learned that today.

1. Oatmeal-Groats/Steelcut (1 cup) Alt. Barley
2. Almonds- Whole/Raw (30 nuts) Alt. Walnuts
3. Flaxseeds- Ground (2 TBS) Alt. Fish ex. Salmon, Herring, Rainbow Trout

Pill formed vitamins can have reversed effects. It’s better to just eat the dam veggie or fruit.
Also it’s not always best to cook the veggie for the best vitamin absorption.

You know, I had to take a class a couple years ago where the teacher had very heavy biases against urban raised people. He made us read a short writing/article or something about hunting “coons”. I’m still mad that he kept insisting it was about raccoons.

All the information in this books is pretty good, it’s just phrased in a manipulative way. Don’t get me wrong the book is phrased in a way to encourage being a manipulative jerk but you don’t need to interpret it that way. Almost all these “laws” can be used in a genuine way that will make people like you not hate you. Also if you invert some of them you can learn to be a genuine human being.
