The panel of the spider fiend splitting in half is perfectly drawn

Makima sitting on top of the pile of bodies is so cool

I’m obsessed with the panel of Aki kneeling before the darkness devil, the composition is amazing the solid black makes your eye focus on the drawing

Aki seeing Power injured followed by a Panel of Himeno dying and him saying “I… not again I…” this is amazing character development for him he clearly cares for Denji and Power and sees their safety as his responsibility.

I like the way he is playing with symmetry in the design of the darkness devil. I do believe the three vertical heads with stitching over the eyes and mouth are a reference the hear no evil, speak no evil, see no evil

I love Kobeni and the Violence fiends friend it’s really cute

The German note translates to “Makima can hear you. The day of doom is near. Kill Makima”

What devil cause the arms to tear off, cause it looks like it was the darkness devil but it would make more since if it was the doll devil

The bisected astronauts leading up to the darkness devil are so well drawn one of my favorite panels so far

The romantic panels of Reze and Denji followed by the extreme violence Reze unleashes upon Denji creates a cool effect

I actually went out of my way to translate the Russian Reze was speaking in, she was talking about a date with a Jane and ended with “at night we will sleep in the church” I’m very confused I wonder if my translation is bad or if it’s some saying that is well known in Russia or Japan

Reze’s maturity level really matches Denji’s

The angel devil’s power to turn people’s lifespans into weapons reminds me of the war devil, I wonder if they are connected in some way

Denji is a grade A misandrist and I’m here for it, I love him and Aki finally getting arming up to each other

I love the “easy revenge” fight, Aki slaying the ghost devil was really well done. Kobani is crazy skilled, I’ve heard the fan theory that she has a contract with the cat devil, giving her agility and luck

Makima’s bag of eyes is horrifying

I liked the hospital scene of Aki crying for Himeno, he’s turning out to be a very well rounded character
