I’m sure this book is supposed to be like two starcrossed soulmates, but actually it’s an asshole with a god complex and a total doormat chasing him around. 😅😅

I’m enjoying this a lot, I just don’t really understand Lex as a character. He’s got a hero complex and quick to make decisions about her life to “protect” her, but then never defends Stevie when she actually needs him to.

Stevie is absolutely devoted to him and I just don’t get the same from him at all.

Look, it was hot, but the way he treats her is so shitty.

Stevie, Stevie, Stevie… what are you doing?? He just spent the entire night being an absolute cunt, why in god’s name are you fucking him? 😒

So far it’s a very quick read and I’m enjoying the plot. It’s quite intriguing. Really love the writing too.
