i told the 4th grader who keeps suggesting ya fantasy books to me that i was reading a book on medicine and she goes “oh… why?”

One of the kids in garden club (she’s 10) told me I needed to read this. She was right it’s so good.

someone needs to tell me to finish books before i start new ones

this book is fascinating

i actually cried throughout the entirety of chapter 8…. forty minutes of crying if that is even possible. This book is too gosh darn good

once i got over the fact that this book is not about homemaking, but literally including art (music, sketching, writing, interior design etc) in the home, I liked it a lot better. Easy to read and lowkey a little quirky at times but really emphasizes all the ways u could be incorporating and should be incorporating the arts in the home.

started off basic and slow, but it’s starting to get really good! i have to slow down to take notes in my phone

I really thought this was like a cookie and glass of milk kinda book and it’s actually a 7 course meal of lamb chops and the bread of life. I don’t think I can handle another chapter of theology that makes me cry because it’s so gosh darn good…

this book is literally just the podcast bright hearth but shortened into a pamphlet… it’s helpful to read but i’m honestly already in way deeper than this
