SuperReader'79 > Recent Status Updates

Been wanting to read this for awhile, just started and my mind is already awhirl with the Mri tribes, and thier enemies. The first chapter throws alot of names of tribes and sects, so definitely have to either pay super close attention or take notes.

So far, it's ok. I really wanted to read about Galaphile, since I have been a Shannara freak since I was in my teens. I feel like the pace is a little rushed though. (In the begining chapters).

So far, so good. The author regulary makes me laugh, especially when he goes off on obscure facts and his wife points out he is losing the ability to interact with human beings. I can relate; that mix of sharp, self-aware humor and the cool random knowledge is what is making it enjoyable so far.
