This was messy for sure. The drama delivered more near the end, but nothing crazy.

Can’t say I’m blow away, but it’s entertaining-ish. The story is messy which helps keep me hooked and Channing is aight…it does the trick for now

Addie has grown but is still an idiot when it comes to Zade…like girl. If you don’t hang on tight to that man. He’s literally risked his entire being for you!!

The way passing gas is used to lighten the mood sometimes is amusing

Sydney is an interesting character yet I want to beat her ass for Addie. She’s fucking sick

Chapter 35 was all I needed to reign me back in and mellow things out. Well done

Addie is fucking crazy!! Who tf loves in a home full of ghosts and haunting feelings, let alone follows them into attics!!

This girl continues to prove how stupid and inconsiderate for her own life that she can be Amy yet I’m still intrigued

I find it absurd that she lives in such a large house by herself, has an intruder…possibly a stalker and refuses to leave. She IS that girl in the horror movies smh lol interesting but soooo dumb

Still loving this but unfortunate feel like I lost some steam while reading. Idk if it’s me or the actual book, but hoping things pick up soon

Ok, so the plot is great! I love the characters, they have so much potential, but I can’t help but think they could be living up to their potential better? Like, their quirks, personality and everything else could be intensified a bit more to make them even more lovable

Ione was referred to as the Cruel Queen…the Shephard King’s wife?

Loving Ravyn and Elspith, although the spice could be spicing more. How we go from getting into the think of it to…they lay rubbing each others backs

So many twists, and unexpected turns. This is exactly what I needed 😏

Elspith and Ravyn are too perfect already 😩 I am nothing short of curious and feel good right now. I love the magic and the plot. I’m am transported and enjoy this feeling

Loving the change of pace this book provides. The magic system is so different and gripping. I can already tell the plot is going to be amazing. The nightmare is also super interesting. Look forward to learning more about everything that’s being introduced

HM Wolfe has to be one of my favorite authors between this year and last! I swear her writing just keeps getting better and better 😍

I really do love the love and dynamic between these two. It hurts what they’re each going thru, but I can’t wait for things to work out for them and to finally see them together. The yearning, slow burn and fight back to each other I can tell will be worth it

This book takes off from the jump and it’s just what I needed. Dark and gripping. A bit triggering, but what’s most interesting is that both Stacey and Kade are stuck between a rock and a hard place with people they hate.

I wonder if they will come together at some point. Also, really loving Kade and Stacey is a badass in her own right

Omg, the character development is so deep and emotional, so touching and relatable.

It’s refreshing how each character feels safe with each other, despite the secrets being kept. They fuel each other in the best ways, bring out and see the best in each other. The love each other so much and I just can’t get over how good this book makes me feel 🥹

The brotherly banter is highly insulting and entertaining, I love it

I have to say that Rowan check off all my boxes 😏 I love how he makes Saylor feel and based on her home life, she deserves it
