Ignatius J Reilly is the main guy. He’s very funny, I’m excited because I read somewhere this is one of the greatest tragic-comedies ever. We’ll see. Good start though, he almost got arrested for looking funny.

This book boutta make me think thoughts.

So far, this book has been a satisfying look at existential themes in a more modern age. My personal aptitude for Dostoevsky, Kafka, and Kierkegaard are seemingly obvious influences in Walker Percy’s first novel, which I greatly enjoy!
