right, of course grim loses his memory the second he shows up to save isla. it's a good book and i am enjoying reading it but it gets to a point 😭

can i just say i don't understand why so much has been added to the "plot". i picked it up because it was an easy read and had been told it was an incomplete trilogy - now here we are on book four, and it just keeps going.

the main plot was that isla had to choose between oro and grim - but she keeps leading them on for the sake of all this random shit having time to play out. it's a decent read, but the excess...

i should've reread the rest of the series first, i have hardly any idea what's happening 😭 oro and grims beef in the prison was funny tho

i know we basically got the backstory on oro and grim in oro's pov, but i really wanted to see it from grim's pov. or at least his own backstory yk?

reading oro's pov lowkey made me not like him as much. don't get me wrong, i love him, but also i feel like his "love" for isla is very surface level. i wouldn't be surprised if it's intentional though, since we all know isla is gonna end up with grim. anyway, onto grim's pov next 😛 not sure how im gonna count my pages (eugh, im gonna have to do math) but im excited nonetheless!!
