This whole book is just about grieve…

The pacing is trash. He is basically a father figure and it’s annoying. The book is sad, depressing and the romance is not romancing at all.

Honestly it’s going pretty slow… a lot of unnecessary content. I also catch myself skipping many lines because of so much inner monologue

It‘s okay so far… nothing really happened except for them turning Tory back to normal. Otherwise I feel like it was a lot of wasted pages

One chapter Orion gets taken by the FBI and the next Darius is confession his love to Tory?? WHAT is happening??!?!
I’m so in shock and can’t comprehend everything that is happening rn

The Tory, Darius and Caleb scene?!?? Still in shock

Honestly really loving the healing arc between Tory and Darius. Him doing everything to show her his good sides is everything to me. And I love how everyone else is supporting them.
I feel like them being star crossed was really important to break the pattern because now they can build a new fundament for a healthy relationship

I can’t it was soooo good and the whole leading up to it and everything about it was perfection. It fit them SO WELL. I am still trying to comprehend it like WOOWWWWW
ALSO I‘m so mad at Seth and the heirs about the Halloween Party thing! But I love Darcy and Orion and am excited for them to FINALLY tell Tory and Darius!

This book is finally getting some real depth to the whole story. I really like how the quality of the writing upgraded and also how we get so much more emotion out of everyone. Compared to book one I see such a big development in every aspect; the relationships, emotional depth, power and especially the twins power.

Despite what everyone is saying I really understand Torys behavior.
I like getting inside into Darius

U don’t like how mean and disgusting the heirs are again🤕
I feel personally hurt by darius being so mean but especially caleb turning on tory. He was the only one who had her back out of the heirs and now it feels so weird to them being back to abusive assholes…

The heirs just found out who is behind all the pranks… I‘m scared for them🥲

Also loved the Tory and Darius Chapter and also how she connected with Xavier!!!
I got really strong feelings reading those chapters and I really like how the series is getting emotionally in depth.
Really really like the book so far!

I hate how they kinda are getting to some level of proximity with the heirs… I like it too much and I know when the twins get their revenge it will all be destroyed again hahahaha but I don’t have the nerve to be bullied anymore 😔

Btw I just got to the „stop looking at me like that“ scene AHHHH 🙂
