I can’t give this zero stars on here but I sure as hell can write it. God I wish I could bleach my brain and eyes and forget about this whole freaking book. This was SO BAD. Wdym you got with your uncle and your cousins and REFERRED TO THEM AS SUCH IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ACT. I wanna die.

Other than the slow start, I was in love with this book. I don’t like how quickly she forgave Hunt, but they were super cute. One day my babies will be free to live a peaceful life. On a different note, wtf does SJM have with jam packing the last 150 pages with pain and despair. Anyways! Gonna go die now.

Oops I finished this awhile ago. It was honestly pretty good in the grand scheme of things, although the audiobook was SUPER long. I’ll start the second one at some point soon 🤷‍♀️

Idk if it was the writing or just the age setting of it, but I could not get behind it. It seemed to just drag on and on for me. I’m shocked I even managed to finish it. Idk the ending was fine, but everything else was just so boring and such.

I’m sorry that I ever second guessed this book. I’m so invested it’s not even funny

I know that I’ll carry this story with me wherever I go, and I hope that some day I reread it and feel everything all over again, falling in love Celaena, then Aelin, and Sam, Rowan, Lysandra, Dorian and Chaol, Yrene and Nesryn, Aedion, Gavriel, Fenrys, and Lorcan and Elide, Manon and her thirteen. Every single one of them. This was one hell of a summer following their story through to the end.

I have zero words. I have laughed and cried and felt every single emotion through not only this book, but the whole series. I wish I had spent more time with this series and just savoring every second of it. I feel empty knowing it’s done and don’t know what to do with myself. I can’t bring myself to stop crying even while writing this review. I could write on and on about everything in this.
