Why am I almost half way through this book and I still havent gotten to what's in the blurb 😭
This would have been much more interesting if pieces of her life were flashbacks shown throughout her as an official matchmaker
I need to stop picking up random books

Im kinda really bored something should have hooked me atp but I dont wanna continue 😕

It's giving Anne of Greene Gables but more whimsical/fantastical (bc of the incarnations of emotions) and French.

This book is too long for what the plot is
And I dont like Eric, and Edie is frustrating me and I want to quit but I am so close
DID MOTHERFUCKER HAVE A STROKE WTF??

She is so black yn.
It's not that there arent consequences to what she does, but its the lack of a reaction to the things around her. (Like you were snooping though a 12 y-o room, ofc she would be upset and it would be awkward pls use your brain pooks)
Objectively this book is quite cold and matter of fact "I did this, she said this," etc
The only reason I didnt feel that is bc she has my personality (or vice versa)

She is so me its so crazy like she is me in the future if the horny thoughts win (as an 18 yo girl lol).
Honestly its almost hard to stomach because we are so similar i fully feel like i am in the situations shes in and it makes me claustrophobic idk why or if that makes any sense.
Also through this i have realized the many issues with vulnerability that I didnt think I had previously which is so fun!
