So far I think I hate it? It’s very weird, and while I understand it’s from 1930’s, I don’t appreciate the way women are spoken about and don’t even get me started on the pages of ramblings. Will I finish it? Probably, but only because I am so morbidly curious. Will I recommend it to anyone else? Very undecided.

I am genuinely distraught. This is one of the most phenomenal books I have ever had the pleasure of reading, it is simultaneously making my heart soar and killing me at the same time. Everything pales in comparison to it, life will never be the same after it. I am desperate to finish it but also dreading finishing it because I will not know what to do with myself when the last page is turned.

I’m going to be so dehydrated by the end of this book, the tears I have cried so far
