This book was so good, it had everything a good book should have, I adored Mak and Adena together. I just wish we could have got more of their story. The ending had my eyes blurry with tears and I had to take a day long break to recover, really hoping we see more of Mak in future books. Lauren Robert’s is such an amazing author, I recommend this series to everyone whether u like books or not, Kai and pae are my fav

First half traumatized me forever but also taught me about that topic in a way no one ever has ig,
By the time the second half came around the book started dragging slightly and the whole build up was for sex and once they started they never fucking stopped. Overall it was a very good book I laughed I cried I threw up the book down but also immediately picked it back up. Was better than the first book, read in 2days
