… what does that mean?? What’s “it”? Was Deditia the capital of Caten? Or the world? Or did Deditia used to be the capital of the world? Prob the last one right?

He has a bit of a strange writing style tho I will say. Like it’s def on purpose but sometimes he’ll have a paragraph of sentences that are all like similar in structure like the whole paragraph is a list. It’s not bad necessarily but I have to reread it a couple times to actually comprehend the meaning

Guys I’m gonna be so real this book is hitting so hard. Like yes they have the hots for each other a little too much and need to lock in and be serious for more than 5 consecutive seconds every now and then BUT I really like the side plot with the moms unhappiness with her body and Hazel wanting to help but not be able to. Like that’s so real and relatable unfortunately. Also it’s like funny

This book is making me realize I do like a plot and problems and, comparatively, the Windy City series is so much better bahahaha. But the other books in this series are rated higher and also I’m skimming these pages so hard so this is a prob a me problem

Honestly I’m very excited for Hazel and Rory’s book, this is quite boring

GUYS I just checked out this book from the library so I can read it as a physical book and not on my kindle because I have less than 100 pages left and everything from the 50% mark has been SO good and they r in such a bad spot rn (hunkering in a shelter cave situation but the bad guy is trying to blow them up) and OMGGGG im so excited.
