of course it’s freaking arby’s

i can’t handle this anymore. the staccato of the narrator (the author) is annoying. the in depth explanation of tiny details that don’t matter make it apparent that the author is trying to make it seem much better than it is. the story has potential but the way it was executed completely ruined it.

i just want this to be over tbh

maybe i’m just stupid but i don’t enjoy over-descriptive language it’s too much, i get lost in it and forget the context

i enjoy how quickly she reads but i’m not enjoying the plot so far

so far haven’t liked the slight nod to beastiality nor have i enjoyed the narrator describing her writing a rape scene as “a song that pulses out from the back of my mind”

if i wasn’t over halfway done with the book, i’d stop here
