A conflict in the book that doesn't make sense to me is when one of the teachers decides to get all riled up and take almost everything the school's administration says way too personally. She believes that almost everything the administration says is meant to give him more work and that she is already doing enough, so why does she have to do even more, even if the thing that the admin is asking is something simple?

James Cook's overall claim in his book is that you life is built up of habits. A statistic from researchers supports this and shows that they " estimate that 40 to 50 percent of our actions on any given day are out of habit" this means that most of the actions that you take throughout the day are habits and you may not even realize it ( Cook 160).
