Reading through it as if I’m reading a diary really helps keep the story in perspective for me; otherwise, sometimes the side explanations and inner monologue moments can feel a little clunky.

Personal opinion on tone & voice aside — beautiful. So far, it’s /beautiful/.

Unfortunately, I’m sure we’ve all known someone who’s experienced similar. Perhaps ourselves, to some degree. Tragic

I’m into it so far.
Brutal scenes almost unwatchable (in your mind’s eye), but in a Saw way where you have to anyway; you can’t look away

Although there are personal, ideological differences that I’m working through when framing this information, I do value this perspective

It’s been a decent read, and I do find myself enjoying it, but I’m just more assured everyday that I like plot with hot spice sprinkled in. This has been spice with sprinkled plot, so I don’t like it as much 🧐
