I’m starting this before any other Ruth Stilling book & I really hope that’s okay 😅

“My Mom, she… she loved me so much & she showed me that, every day. She was there. She smothered me with love. She wanted to be around me, even when I was a bitchy, moody teenager. I never doubted how much she loved me.”

She’d known, but she did it anyway.

“He’s confusing. It doesn’t really matter how hot he is.”

The ache in my chest was for her, or I guess for us, for who the two of us used to be. But neither of us were those same girls anymore.

Gooooodbye world.

I’m SO excited for this.

Okay, this is painfully similar to the first two books. WHY?

I can’t say I’m very excited about this one. I hope it surprises me though.
