Only a few chapters in, and this book is already leaving a mark on me.

So far, it’s a moving story about grief, inequality, and growing up feeling like an outsider. Through the eyes of a 17-year-old Muslim protagonist, it explores the subtle prejudice many people face every day.

Heartbreaking, thought-provoking, and already making me reflect.

Vampires, dark academia, character growth, and a hilarious FMC with some genuinely sharp one-liners? Say less.

The pacing felt a little odd at first, but once I got into it, I couldn’t put it down. Some of the tropes might be cliché, but they worked perfectly for me.

If you love Fourth Wing and Zodiac Academy, this one is worth checking out.
