Old habits die slow deaths

Pretty good first half, I’m invested. Can’t wait to see where this goes. Literary Kin book club book of the month for the win.

I don’t know why I waited so long to start this series. It’s hilarious, entertaining, and exactly what I want out of a book.

Picked it back up after a time off due to Libby, still good. Great to pick it back up right when angels and fallen angels fight it out. I want more of that haha

What started as intriguing, has now turned to a “ok get on with it” book. I still want to know why the long walk happens, when do it start, what do they “win” at the end? What happened to Garraty’s dad? I want to know but again just get on with the ticket of the others to get to the end.

Analogies are shallow but the story is intriguing

Great so far. Good character development. Some politically charged topics seems a little force but overall works in the story well.
