I’m gonna download the Summa Theologica vol 1 and see how far I get before my brain gets cooked.

1 book of my 4 book reading goal completed! I’m gonna read Machiavelli’s The Prince while I wait to get Ben Hur back from the library.

My goodness, this is a magnificent book! As they say, any man who has salt wants more, a woman with a bushel of apples wants a pear, and when a horse has shoes it runs faster, but if it steps on a pebble it’s bound to fall.

If it’s not obvious, I’m enjoying the nonsense proverbs. This book isn’t being thrown in a torn sack.

I probably should come to terms with the fact that I am just a modern Don Quixote, with mad dreams of a better world, inspired by reading to many books.

Anyways. I finished book one! Apparently Miguel wrote the sequel after someone else wrote a sequel that he really didn’t like.
