This has to be the slowest slow burn ever.I went into it completely blind (the irony)after seeing someone recommend it, and I’m so glad I did. The plot immediately hooked me, and the tension built so gradually to the point of insanity. Eiko gives me major female Venom vibes, and I’m absolutely here for it. I can’t wait to see where the story goes in the second book.
