Just started, first time reading this author, and I already am devoted to the characters. Bravo, I am psyched to read the rest and continue on with the series.

It’s good - it deserves its reputation. The most important insight is taking responsibility, just as the title says - it begins with you. Just the right balance of stories and practical takeaways. Would have been much more useful to me as a younger woman, however glad to read it now.

Finally, a finance book that makes sense and goes beyond simplistic materialism yet doesn’t overcorrect into the prosperity gospel.

Best takeaway so far - respect others and respect the energy that money is.

Byron Katie is wonderful and her work is full of life changing yet simple changes of perception. As she so clearly elucidates, we are in relationships with our own minds and stories - we hardly know the Other(s) at all. Be free and interrogate your thoughts… can we absolutely know they’re true?
