I’m struggling to read this book. I keep going knowing that so many people like it, but I’m not invested in any of the characters and the storyline drags on and on. Cal and Margaret are about to connect, but you knew that from the description of the book so not sure why it has taken 1/3 of the book to get there.

I loved how the author tied all the characters together and that Asher was Theo’s son is perfection. I love that Nannette became a mom and that Ellen is using her tools to be an artist and was able to meet her daughter. Most of all I loved all the connections to living a life like Christ and the benefits of interacting with those unlike yourself. Such a truly beautiful story!!
