Some romance books I fear set way too high standards. Like some things aren’t common in a relationship but some people have it. But 4 times and he only came at the end. I think only 5 people in the world would experience that kind of determination and strength.

I kinda hope Roman doesn’t double cross Vuk. I kinda want him to be the mmc of a new dark romance series by Ana. I hope he is 🤞

This book is very entertaining. Last night I really wanted to stay up late reading it. It’s got me hooked. Now I’m worried it’s slowing down the tiniest bit it’s still amazing.
Also, I’m so surprised the wedding scene was done around the 50% mark. I expected it to be the big event at around 80%. I’m glad this book isn’t super predictable.

Theory: they finally get together but then he breaks up with her for her own safety.

It seems likely that it’s Ayana’s modelling agency financing the brotherhood. Everything’s connected in Ana’s world.

I was actually expecting his history with the brotherhood to be a bit different. I thought he may have liked being a killer. Not that he was forced into the role. But he clearly still has a dark side and wasn’t totally against all of it.
