This is getting more and more difficult to get through. I like the way it is written, but the extent to which it reeks of privilege without any understanding of what that privilege means is becoming the only throughline here

Finished chapter 1! I think this is going to be a really valuable resource, I’ve missed reading textbooks and taking notes. Glad this was around at the library :)

I had to literally dust this book off when I came back to it. Not for a lack of interest, just because my life was so full of noise that it was hard to sit down with anything at all, especially anything that’s exploring things I am feeling in my own life. Coming back to it, it feels a little like I can breathe again
