Alright so. Yes this part of the book has definitely calmed down substantially as far as the atmospheric vibes and many other details. I’m hopeful it will pick back up soon, as Theo and Imogen just fell into the ole “one horse” trope 😍😵‍💫 I eat that shit upppp. I’m loving the forced proximity and blood bond.

There almost aren’t words for this book. It is beyond captivating. It feels like I’ve discovered an ancient tome instead of something just written. I am hanging onto every word!

Lovely so far. I was reading another fantasy book when this one called to me plus a creator I follow speaks very highly of this. I can’t wait for my first folklore fantasy.

I started watching the show they made on Appletv+ and holy smokes is it spot on accurate to what I had pictured in my head. I love love Nick Offerman for Jinx. Not who I envisioned but it’s much better! It made his character that much more dynamic (if that was possible!) iykyk. This books hitsssss
