I was really hoping that Raeve would recognize Kyzari when she saw her. I’m kinda bummed.

Also… I really wish Raeve would get her memories back. It would really solve a lot of issues in my opinion.

I cannot stress this enough… NOTHING has happened. Veya is still trying to get Kaan the message about his daughter, Kyzari is still trapped in a cell, and Raeve is still avoiding all of her problems. Literally nothing has happened so far in this book!

Books with memory loss tropes really show me how little patience I have. I need her to get her memories back ASAP. I’m tired of everyone walking on eggshells around her.

Their relationship is so strange. Darren is literally asking for permission to call Charlene on the phone even though they have been in a relationship for over two years. What?!?

The double standards in this book are actually insane. You’re telling me that her brother is allowed to date a flight attendant for over two years (and even abdicate the throne for her), but Bridget is not allowed to be with Rhys. How does that make sense!!

This is ridiculous. Lauren knows Junior is in the mob. She also knows he would never hurt her. Why not ask him what happened instead of using a taser on him!?
