This book is extremely compelling, and the way Cass just doesn't question the world completely crumbling is so telling of her love for her children. Nathaniel gives off really weird vibes I just cannot explain, so I'm excited to see if it relays anything from earlier. I'm also really excited to see the Gaia in action as I find them really fascinating and a great display of incel culture.

Re-reading this book two years later is like a punch to the gut because every single detail is beautifully tragic. The characters together are so complicated and messy and I love that, but in my 3rd read the family aspect is so emotional. "All girls lose their mothers or are lost to them, in the end" OMG what I sobbed. Penny and her mom make me so SAD, and Tate and her mom are so beautiful. I actually love this book.

I love Kyoko so much and even though they aren't close yet I really love her and Yui's dynamic and I love Yui a lot. Loved the fact she received a love letter from a girl too!! The motive is interesting..

idk who that dude was but if he ever touches tsuzura again we throwing hands. ALSO SAYAKA AND KIRARI AND YURIKO WERE SPOTTED I SCREAMED WHEN I SAW SAYAKA I LOVE HER SMMM. Sachi seeming pretty cool beans tbh I prefer it when she's involved and not just a cameo but I love her so we all good !!!!!

Man Aiura we get it you like Mary so WHY did you go to the trouble of allat cheating and rigging of the game, just tell the girl you like her!!! Anyways we had a huge win for Tsumary because Mary was almost crying and everyone was talking about her and Tsuzura goes "SHUT UP." and when I tell you my jaw fell open. Anyways why the hell did Aiura threaten to "use Mary for her body" er this is not normal!! I love her tho

So, Aiura has rigged the game AGAIN (Mary, why are we surprised???). Erm so I was super excited for Ouri cuz yk NEW CHARACTER, but er why the Aoi hyperfixation? The man is DISGUSTING. Anyways lowkey love her I can't lie. Also I still enjoy Aiura so we're all good, though it's SO obvious she has a ginormous crush on Mary but yk... Also er why did this guy shame Mary for being flat-chested (I fear I giggled a tad)...
