It’s so ass. The man is so unlikable and flat and one dimensional— ALL OF THE SYNONYMS TO SAY BLAND. It’s as if they’re weaponizing the fact that he has a little sister he’s close and sweet towards against us. It’s like it’s the only indicator that he has somewhat of a personality. He’s actually a boring ass bland book! As if he was written in order for girls to project their fantasies on to him.

Why is it hitting at a romance with the best friend? Hes too fucking present. All leads should be introduced by chapter 1. Why are we talking about this guy’s best friend ?!?

No it’s so ass. The writting is so mediocre. It’s a tell don’t show kinda thing too. There’s absolutely zero tension. Easy read but it’s boring as fuck. The sub plots are so basic and predictable. I’m about to DNF

Aww this is so light and fun. It’s seriously an easy read done well. Like I can just turn my brain off. It’s aware that’s it’s silly and unserious and it doesn’t try to do too much of itself and that’s a y/a novel done well

Was the heat scene all that necessary from Danni’s POV? Again we want ROSE’S POV DURING THESE TIMESSSSSS. I think I just like Rose’s yearning better.

Okay but the first breakup was lowkey dramatic. Okay no pause, Danny is quick to tear up so it makes sense but Rose? Shit she really likes her but it’s as if she can’t word it so it falls flat and her tears are…? Okay no wait I’m being harsh this girl doesn’t want to be alone she already lost her bff, her friend’s bff and now her love of her life but she was quick to drop Molly.

They feel so real, the conflict feels real, it actually feels like an issue I couldn’t solve like both characters are true to themselves BUT OH MY FUCKING GOSH I NEEDED ROSE’S POV FOR THEIR FIRST KISS SO DAMN BADDDDDDD THE WANT THE NEED THE TENSION SHE MUSTVE FELTTTT ROBBED

Reading the reviews she looked awful and spiteful and rude but I’m almost done and she seriously hasn’t done anything all that crazy. She’s just accidentally got caught up in something bigger than herself

Who the fuck is Pete?

The most disappointing thing was when the two girls got together. Absolutely no climax, no pressure release. It’s just there it happens, the author doesn’t even give that much details just how they kissed like three times. I mean it would’ve saved it. She also, if she wasn’t all that comfortable writing scenes like that she could’ve justified it by Rochelle being dazed or something.

Just a heads up, they’re in this weird friend-ish limbo by chapter 10 on 34. The rivalry ends really quickly it almost feels as if the author wanted some kind of tension between them but there’s literally none.

I dropped this book as they got together so quickly. I don’t know if we’ve never actually knew her true personality in like the first third of the book, prior they got together because she was so depressed, because after they got together it was like seeing a brand new mc. And I liked her old self.

So far, this book is incredibly predictable. And forgetful, I read this maybe at the start of the year 2025, took a break from it (I got so bored) and i’m picking it back up again. I kid you not I forgot the plot.
