It's unsettling reading about what goes on in the mind of someone before committing a murder, all the planning and altered state of mind, etc

I'm someone who catches on predictability in books very quickly, but this book has had so many plot twists that it is refreshing to read. I haven't been bored not even once, reading this book. Plot so good that if it weren't for academic workload i would've finished the book by now, it's addictive.

The version i have of anna karenina is of 694 pages instead (they were able to reduce the page number by adding more text to each page and in a smaller font), which means im at a little less than halfway.

It's not an easy read sometimes because is a lot and the story sometimes is not so engaging, especially the Levin parts. Reading his parts its like living through an average american republican man who is against education, medicine, and fair living conditions for the working class (he actually said this) and i hate it.

Vronsky (alexey) and anna met at the train station for the first time!!! [by chance], vronsky knows anna's brother and now met her too. The author describes the exact moment they held each other's gaze for the first time and i literally remembered that scene from the movie 😭🫶

Did milori just flexed his fingers after holding clarion's hand in a pride & prejudice way?? 🤭

Rue a veces me encabrona lol, y se que es fiction pq la paciencia que le tiene eli no es realista like no se como la soporta a veces. Like she could be rude and he still kisses the ground she walks on, it might be cute but it feels unrealistic to accept it as the reader.
