however, this is my second book by the author, and I want to continue reading her work hopefully to find something different.

i'm fascinated by this trope! This is my third one, and honestly it's my least favorite.
I wish arranged hearts existed in real life!
I just felt like it had no depth, but it definitely doesn't sway me from completing the series.

This is my first experience with mature love! I thought it was so cute! I love the background story behind it! This was my first experience with this writer as well so I added a lot of her materials to my TBR!

The book cover doesn't do the book justice. I avoided this book for a while because of the cover. But it's a really actual cute story! The guy was a dragged in the beginning but seeing him come around was really adoring. And I love how her family and friends stood on business with her!

This was sweet, I love the then and now aspect of
it, but my my favorite part was the incorporation of his culture, his parents opinion and affect on their relationship, and how they were able to tie it in at the end. Beautifully written. 5 ✨

I liked it! i'm not sure why the reviews are so negative, however, I'm not a fan of the narrator, but I like the story. And I actually laughed out loud for a lot of it.
The MMC was very very… Passionate lol. I recently was introduced to the author and I've been going through a lot of her catalog. I like her!

this a very good story! KC is one of my favorite writers because she introduces her characters with Detail, gives background etc. If you're looking for a rushed read, this is not for you. I was hooked! I cannot wait for a part two!
