Wow, I hope the book keeps chugging along as it is and doesn't run out of steam. So far, this is probably one of the most interesting and entertaining fucked up things I've read.

Who knew that an Extreme Horror/Political Satire mix could potentially be one of my favorites

Damn, this book is so interesting so far that I flew through 102 pages total during my downtime at work. I can't wait to see what insane nonsense there is to come

Honestly, this one is just alright-ish for me so far.

Pre-rating it a 2.5 stars and I'm curious to see if I end up rating it higher or lower.

Man this book gets started early and stays cranked to around 11.

Aside from RE1 and Judgement Night, I'm getting some hints of People Under the Stairs, Barbarian and X.

This is shaping up to be a delicious flesh stew.

So far it feels like the movie Judgement Night mixed with Resident Evil 1 for the PS1.

It's looking like it might be a really good book.

Well. I really hope this answers the questions I have regarding who tf The Cobbler is after reading le Through the Eyes of Desperation duology because, holy fuck I'm only 16 pages in and this book is making me more depressed than I already am!

I don't know what it is about this book but I am in love with Wrath's writing style and descriptions of sex and bodies and revenge-violence.

Very punk rock, very metal and VERY EXTREME so far.

Pre-rating this short story collection at a 5 stars.

Man, I'm flying through this book. It's so awesome! If Benjamin was Beauregard's version of Pulp Fiction, then Scary Bastard is his version of Trick r Treat(which is kinda confusing because Trick r Treat was kinda like spooky Pulp Fiction)

Now, this book is pretty lit so far. The child killer is introduced in the first few pages is terrifying and cunning.

Not bad so far. Pretty good considering it's Aron Beauregard's first book.

The book is pretty great so far, it's meta done in a really enjoyable way for people (like yours truly) who have way too much slasher movie knowledge.

However, if the Rob that's directing the remake movie of Lunatic in this book is supposed to be to Rob Zombie, Triana and I are gonna have words.

So far, this book is kino. This is my first Triana book, and he is straight COOKIN so far.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone who knows their slasher movies.

It's got me in the feels a bit too, but it might be because I'm on my period.

It's getting a tad bit better. I'm kinda lukewarm on this one. Pre-rating it at a 3 stars but that could potentially go up or down

I'm not crazy about this one so far. I know the book has a post apocalypse plot and isn't just about babies in blenders.

While I do like that the bad guys in this apocalypse are really similar to The Omega Man mutants with a smidge of the cannibals from Ketchum's Dead River trilogy, I think a lot of the action scenes could be more well done and I don't think the book yet earns some of its overly disturbing scenes.

A character purchases E.C. comics reprints from a comic book store. That is a kino reference if there ever was one gotttt dayummm
