I’m really liking the authors style of writing!

Whatever Tess did or didn’t do better be good! I’m halfway through the book and they all keep referencing this “accident” but no one says what happened! 😂

So far, the story has not gripped my attention the way some other Gabrielle Meyer books do. But I’m hoping that changes as I keep reading. 🤞🏻

The book is still very slow. At about 40% I seriously considered DNFing it. But it got better! I still wouldn’t say it’s a great book but at least now I know I’ll finish it lol

I’m wondering if I’ll actually finish this book. It’s very very slow…

So far, this book is a little depressing. But obviously I understand why. The fall of humanity isn’t exactly a happy go lucky topic!

I’m not sure how I feel about the book so far but I will keep going and figure it out.

The author keeps referring to snow as “fresh powder” and it’s really annoying lol
