-summer job camp counseling (literally an unpaid 9-5)
-creative projects due by the end of july
-going outside and doing human activities

in SUCH a reading rut rn and I can't finish anything..... but its pride month so its time to read lou sullivan's diary !!! I hope this isn't sad or anything (i know what im getting into)

i have so many predictions….

[spoilers] i think bear is jason sluiter (?) and any van laar that goes to the camp will be killed by the spirit of the town like in that one episode of gravity falls

wowee it feels so good to read a book thats actually at my reading level for once

as this novel continues, i relate more and more to raskolnikov, and i dont know how to feel. like yes, he’s a murderer, BUT: “And he braced himself to face a terrible and unknown ordeal. At times he longed to fall on [spoiler] and strangle him. This anger was what he dreaded from the beginning… But he was still determined not to speak till the right moment”

oooo i take back EVERY bad thing i said about this book, dostoyevsky you are a genius.

i just had to get past the exposition.

ugh i love this so far please keep being funny for the next 500 pages

where is dostoyevsky even going with this. i know there is a crime (and/or punishment for said crime), but lowkey i just don’t know anyone’s name. who’s sonia. sonia, girl, enlighten me with your presence.

oh well only 600 pages left !!!
