I LOVED Laurie, it was classically creepy King and really dug into what horror does best, analyzing grief.

I loved "Slide Inn Road" and its homage to Flannery O'Connor.

Sometimes, I am in awe of how a super short story can live in my mind for decades, The Dreamers will certainly fit that role.

I think I love King's short stories more than his long fiction. Maybe.
