This book feels like rage bait. ‘Oh, 5/8 families that owned this house all died here together, 2 families lost kids but some survived, and literally 1 family all made it out alive because they left after owning the home for only 2 weeks, and 8/8 reported haunted? Psh, bunch of wimps. House isn’t haunted. Ghosts aren’t real. Mass hysteria.’ Honestly if Mara dies, it will be hard to feel bad for her.
