The Choosing blends romantasy with a dating-show concept and light social commentary, which makes for an interesting premise. However, the execution falls short of the idea. The romance develops too quickly, leaning into insta-love, and much of the story relies on telling instea-love.
About a 3🌶 would recommend for older teens, since some explicit content.

Tandem read is great! Im at "chapter" 25 of 50. I find that its leaving me on cliff hangers. Or like old school tv. Get to a great part, then bam, commercial. or bam, the hour is up see you next week.
I wanna keep reading EOS, but its time to switch back to TOD. Im loving it, and hating it. 😆
