As someone who literally had never heard of Ayahuasca before 6 months ago, I was looking for a ‘primer’- which this was.
I appreciated what felt like an unbiased report-the good, the bad, the ugly, with no ‘you should totally do this’ kind of hype.
Informative. For me…scary, but I’m not one to easily surrender control in ANY area of my life!😛😬
